President Commissioner

Indonesian Citizen. Sutanto has served as President Commissioner of PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk since 2015. He graduated from the Armed Forces Police Academy of the Republic of Indonesia (1973), School of Police Science (1983), Sespim Polri Lembang Bandung (1990), and the National Defense Institute of the Republic of Indonesia (2000).

Previously, he served as Chief of Police of North Sumatra Region (2000), Chief of Police of East Java Region (2000-2002), Head of Education and Training Institute of Indonesian National Police (2002-2005), Chief Executive of National Narcotics Agency (2005), Chief of Police of the Republic of Indonesia (2005-2008), and Head of State Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (2010-2011).

Bartolomeus Christopher Ekajaya

Indonesian Citizen. Bartolomeus Christopher Ekajaya has served as Commissioner of PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk since 2024. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Adam University Singapore (2009) and Master of Business Administration from University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China (2010).

Previously, he served as Director of PT Golden Heaven Jaya (2009-2018), Director of PT GHS Maritim Indonesia (2017-2021), Director of PT Petrocean Indo Pasifik (2020), Commissioner of PT Cahaya Sumber Energi Pratama (2010-2020), Director of PT Golden Prima Maritim (2022-2024), Director of PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk (2018-2024), Commissioner of PT Eastern Jason (2018-2021).

Mohammad Noor Rachman Soejoeti

Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen. He has served as an Independent Commissioner at PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk since 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (1982) and Master of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University, United States (1991).

In addition to serving as the President Director of the Company, he currently also serves as a Director of PT Usaha Tani Lestari (since 2000), Director of PT C&E International (since 2004), Director of PT Adi Perkasa Citralestari (since 2011), and Director of PT Puri Persada Lampung (since 2013)

Hans Raymond Ekajaya

Indonesian Citizen. Hans Raymond Ekajaya has served as Director of PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk since 2018. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Banking and Finance from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia (2005).

Previously, he served as Formalities Officer, Acting Procurement Supervisor & Corporate Legal of CITIC Seram Energy Limited (2008-2011), Commissioner of PT Unisat Nusantara (2012-2016), and Director of PT Banyu Laju Shipping (2017- 2018).

Eddy Wirajaya

Director

Indonesian citizen. Eddy Wirajaya has served as Director of PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk since 2024. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Paulus Indonesian Christian University Makassar (1992).

Previously, he served as the Supervisor of PT Surya Bandar Kencana (1993-1997), Operational Manager of PT Tirtajaya Segara (1998-2004), Technical Consultant of PT Cakra Nusa Dharma (2006-2018), Technical Consultant of PT Gemilang Buana Utama (2006-2018), Director of PT Huabei Petroleum Service (2001-2024), and President Director of PT Solo Manufaktur Kreasi (2018-2024).
