Prior to serving as a committee member, she served as Marketing Staff of PT Harmoni Sarana Kayu (1991-1993), Human Resources Staff of PT Sapta Pusaka Nusantara (1993-1997), General Affair & Personnel Administrator of PT Dipo Star Finance (1997-2000), Human Resources Head of PT Asianagro Agung Jaya (2000- 2005), Human Resources Manager of PT Mulia Glass Container (2005-2008), Human Resources Manager of PT Nipindo Primatama (2008), Human Resources Manager of Polyplant Group (2008-2011), and Human Resources Manager of PT Asianagro Agung Jaya (2011-2012). Currently, she also serves as Human Resources Manager of the Company (since 2012) and Human Resources Director at PT Segara Laju Perkasa (since 2016).
